Terms & Conditions
Overtime fees are due upon the musician’s completion. The fee is $50.00, per musician, for each “1/2 hour increment”, with a ½ hour minimum, beginning at the contracted “end time”.
Music arrangements of non-standard repertoire may be requested by submitting a music score or piano part in a timely manner. Fees vary, based on length and instrumentation, and range from $50.00 to $200.00.
The non-refundable deposit reserves the musicians for contracted event date, start/ end time.
Changes to the contract “provisions of event” will incur a $50.00 service fee and the client will receive a new contract to sign & return.
Cancellation by the client, of an “activated contract”, made 1 to 14 days after the receipt of the non-refundable deposit, will be charged 50% of the balance due. 15 days after the receipt of the non-refundable deposit the client will be charged 100% of the balance due. Payment is due within 7 days.
Outdoor Events will make alternate plans that provide complete shelter for musicians should inclement weather conditions exist at the time of the event. Musicians will not perform outdoors in inclement weather.
